    Cost Control
    The capital cost estimate is the basis for project cost control. Once the project budget has been set, cost control must be implemented to ensure costs remain within that budget, and at a minimum.
    At Mincore, the cost management system is linked to the estimating system. This enables rapid transition into project execution phase so that the Project Manager has cost data available from Day 1.
